Each project is allocated to one of our in house construction Project Managers who has overall responsibility for the project and will be the principal point of contact for the client throughout the process.
From attending pre construction meetings, designing the programme of works and construction phase plan to overseeing the construction phase, hosting site progress meetings, undertaking performance and Health and Safety audits, through to final snagging reports, project delivery, handover and preparation of as built drawings and OEM manuals.
Every project is managed on a daily basis by one of our fully qualified and experienced professional Site Managers they are site based and work closely alongside the Project Managers in ensuring our exacting standards are being met and maintained on every project. This attention to detail ensures the construction phase proceeds to schedule and meets the very highest standards in quality, health and safety.
