This service is targeted at our clients who wish to appoint their own contractors or sub-contractors but require an approved and experienced Principal Contractor and Project Management team to assume overall control and responsibility for the project.
In conjunction with our very capable construction arm, we have the ability and flexibility to offer a dedicated service to our clients acting as their appointed Principal Contractor and Commercial Project Management team under the requirements of CDM 2015.
In this role we can design the Construction Phase Health and Safety plan, administer the contractual elements, design and manage the programme of works, set up and oversee the site from inception to final handover managing the performance and health and safety of multiple sub-contract teams.
